Installation of such SES will not require a special permit

The German company for the supply of solar modules Green Akku has established the production of ZaunPV vertical miniSPP for garden fences and other fences.

The panels will be able to generate energy even in winter, when the light intensity is lower, reports pv magazine.

The article explained that these vertical solar panels are designed in such a way that they are able to generate the maximum amount of energy in the morning and evening. During this period of the day, their efficiency even exceeds the indicators of horizontal SPP.

It is noted that although SPP are designed for vertical installation, their angle of inclination can be adjusted.

The authors added that the installation of such SES will not require a special permit. The price of the cheapest kit with a maximum installed power of 335 W reaches $456. In addition to the panels themselves, the kit includes inverters and special brackets.

Developers recommend installing such SES in the direction "to the south" or "from east to west".

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that in Germany, starting from 2023, developers were required to install solar panels on the roofs of all new buildings, as well as old ones after major renovation.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, Ukrainian entrepreneur Karolina Atspodina developed Attspodina WeDoSolar vertical solar panels for balconies. They will reduce carbon emissions by 600 kg and save 25% of electricity.
