The violator was punished

Residents of the village of Pidbirtsi in the Lviv community single-handedly counted a driver who illegally dumped garbage on their territory.

This was reported by the press service of the Lviv City Council.

According to the department of the city agglomeration of the LMR, a natural landfill appeared on the territory of Pidbirtsi at the end of last year. Over time, it grew, mountains of garbage increased, and the unknown continued to transport industrial waste to the field road. At least the garbage warehouse indicated that the land was not littered by locals.

In the end, the peasants decided to track down the violators on their own. A representative of the voluntary formation of the territorial community noticed a ZIL car, which dumped waste, apparently from dairy production. He wrote down the truck numbers and called the police.

The violator was fined and forced to remove all the garbage he left. An administrative report was drawn up against the truck driver. Now the man has to pay from 340 to 1360 UAH of the penalty.

In addition, the department of the city agglomeration will offer the military registration and enlistment offices to confiscate cars from such violators for the needs of the Ukrainian army.

Before EcoPolitics reported that in the Polish city of Klobutsk (Silesian Voivodeship) local law enforcement officers exposed a Ukrainian in the breeding of several natural dumps in forest belts. He was fined heavily and forced to clean up after himself.
