The wind farm will be able to produce about 1 million MWh/year

In 2025, a modern wind park with a capacity of 320 MW is planned to be built in the Radyvyliv community in the Rivne region.

The park will be located on agricultural land, which will allow for the most efficient use of the territory, and will consist of 54 turbines, 160 meters high and with a capacity of 6 MW each, Rivne news reports.

It is noted that a meeting was held in the community with representatives of Vitropark Zahidnyi LLP, which will implement the investment project, and local authorities. The event was also attended by local entrepreneurs and farmers who lease land plots (shares) potentially suitable for the production of wind energy.

The article emphasized that the meeting was held to reach a consensus with the subsequent signing of the Memorandum on the installation of wind turbines on cultivated land, as well as relevant networks and structures.

The authors said that the planned construction of the wind park will last 18 months. The wind farm will be able to produce about 1 million MWh/year.

They emphasized that the American-European investment fund, which will invest in the construction of the wind farm, works according to the principles of world standards, which take into account the maximum efficiency of the use of land resources. The land in the wind farm can be cultivated at a distance of one meter from the location of the wind turbine. The turbine grid will be planned to make the most efficient use of existing field roads.

It is noted that the wind farm is currently being designed. Specialists are studying the most effective locations for placing wind turbines and developing the necessary logistics routes. It is likely that the wind park will be expanded to neighboring communities, namely Pochaivska and Brodivska.

The article emphasized that the developer's company is registered in Radyvylov, that is, the community will receive new jobs, social packages for residents and income to the local budget.

Mykola Karapetyan, the mayor of Radyvylov, said that improving the community's well-being is a priority. And this is connected with stable revenues to the local budget. In addition, the production of green energy will contribute to energy independence and will not harm the environment.

Earlier, Ecopolitic wrote, that in the Mykolayiv region, the first phase was launched Tyligul wind power plant with a capacity of 114 MW from 19 wind turbines.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, in June the world powers of wind energy reached 1 TW, which took 40 years.
