Vinnytsia engineers from PromAutomatics have developed a line of devices for autonomous charging Bandera Power and a module powered by solar energy Bandera Solar.

The equipment is suitable for use by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the field, said the head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration Serhiy Borzov. He recorded a video presentation of the devices, which he posted on his Facebook page.

"BanderaPower 2.1 is a universal power source to provide critical backup power. This device can be used in bomb shelters, basements, temporary checkpoints," said Borzov.

According to him, the device has many connectors of different types, so it can provide power to many essentials: phones, tablets, laptops and other devices that need to be charged.

In addition, version BanderaPower 2.1 has a special connector for an additional power supply module - Bandera Solar solar panel. It can be used to recharge lithium-ion batteries.

Solar cells with a power of 160 W, which charge a unit with a capacity of 180 thousand mAh in 6 hours at 100% of the sun and 10 - at 50%. The Bandera Solar module consists of two panels measuring 680x780x64mm, in unfolded form - 1350x780x64mm. The weight of the module is 20 kilograms.

The head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration also noted that the line is adapted for use by the Armed Forces in the field, the devices can be carried and thrown over, they work in the sun and in the cold.

Before EcoPolitics reported that ten-year-old Ostap from Shepetivka (Khmelnytsky region) on his own savings of $ 300 bought a portable solar charger for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

We will remind also that students and teachers of Educational and Scientific Physical and Technological Institute of Volyn National University named after Lesya Ukrainka established production of solar panels for the Armed Forces of Ukraine .
