All of the above cities have an air pollution index above 7.0, which means a high level of pollution.

We would like to remind EcoPolitics readers that two state monitoring stations of the Lviv Regional State Administration have appeared on the global air quality map.

1) Station in Sheptytsky on Korolyova Street;

2) Station in Dobrotvor on Ivan Franko Street.

The measurement results at these stations have official international status, as the monitoring data will be verified, confirmed, and used in air quality reports at the regional and even national levels.

Thanks to this, the data from these monitoring stations in Lviv region are considered the most reliable and official among all those presented in Ukraine.

We also recommend reading the article about the countries with the highest levels of pollution in 2025.
