In Kyiv, on Saturday and Sunday, September 16-17, the adoption festival AdoptMe Days will be held at VDNG, during which people will be able to find four-legged friends from shelters.

The event is designed to relieve the shelters of the region so that animal protectionists can save as many animals as possible from combat zones, informs Hostomel animal shelter.

It is noted that all those who wish will be able to get to know the animals of shelters.

"Every an animal from a shelter is waiting to be loved, stroked, played with and simply paid attention to," animal rights activists emphasized.

It is noted that the start of the action will take place at 11:00 a.m. in the 4th pavilion of VDNG.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that in Kyiv, in the Shevchenkiv district, on the facade of a house on Zolotoustivska Street, 23, a mural "Family for a Four-Legged" was opened, which depicts animal volunteer Anastasia Tykha, who rescued dogs with disabilities from Irpen at the beginning of a full-scale invasion. The mural is designed to popularize the adoption of pets.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, in Kyiv during the Gift Market from the multi-brand platform "Vsi. Svoi" three puppies from the Gostomel shelter found their new families.
