In Kyiv, residents and guests of the city are invited to join the city-wide toloka with the beautification of the city at 40 locations.
Traditionally, toloka will start on Saturday, April 8, at 10:00 a.m. in all districts of the city, KMDA reports.
"From the beginning of April, the month of large-scale cleaning of the city space started, – said Timur Tkachenko, director of the Department of Urban Development. – We invite public organizations and caring Kyivans to join us. Let's make the city clean and tidy together!"
He added that anyone who wants to can choose a convenient location and join the toloka. There will be coordinators on site who will provide the necessary equipment (gloves, garbage bags, rakes) and take care of the garbage removal equipment.
