In Ivano-Frankivsk, the construction company Blago Development announced the launch of a new residential complex with vertical landscaping.
It is planned that the new residential complex will have a yard without cars, roof boiler rooms, and the houses will be built using energy-efficient technologies, reports Kurs.
The material explained that due to the full-scale war, the issue of housing has gained primary importance, and the existing market may not cover the growing need. A new residential complex will be built in the "Maizli" microdistrict.
"We are creating the city of the future, and each of our residential complexes is designed with the idea of changing Ivano-Frankivsk. We make it architecturally beautiful and attractive for the lives of people of different ages, professions, and interests," the company commented.
It is noted that the building area will be 20% of the residential complex. There will also be a lake on the territory of the new complex. Apartments on the first floors and penthouses have their own green terraces. According to the project, the total area of improvement will be 2.6 hectares with green areas.
Vertical greening is one of the measures to adapt cities to climate change.
Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that in Kyiv, the eco-initiative "City of Living Walls" is "gaining momentum", within the framework of which vertical greening with the help of Vichy grapes is taking place.
As EcoPolitic previously reported, in Kyiv, a high-rise building in the Obolon district was included in the TOP-10 best energy-efficient buildings in Europe.
