In the Zakarpattia region, in order to avoid fires in ecosystems, it was forbidden to enter the forests by cars and other vehicles, except for transit routes.

This decision was taken by the Defense Council of the region, reports press service Zakarpattian State Administration.

The material explained that almost every day rescuers put out fires in natural ecosystems. Most of these fires are caused by high air temperature or human carelessness or negligence.

The Zakarpattian State Administration drew attention to the fact that the decision of the Council is mandatory for implementation by local executive bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations located on the territory of the region, citizens.

We will remind in Ukraine for 4 months of war 43% of fires occurred due to the fault of irresponsible Ukrainians who committed 30,205 arsons. Even during the war, the country remained the absolute leader in Europe in terms of the number of fires of dry vegetation.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, in Zakarpattia, in the Mukachevo district, on July 1 grass piles destroyed 0.7 ha of wheat on private allotments and another 7 hectares of dry vegetation of this pasture.
