The main works were performed by the SolarSK company

In the Kirovohrad region, the Solar Steelconstruction company launched a solar power plant with a capacity of 783 kW.

The new power plant is already generating electricity, SolarSK reported on Facebook.

It is noted that the company performed the main part of the works, namely:

  • designing;
  • production of SMS-212-L mounting systems for bifacial photomodules;
  • Construction works.

The SolarSK company was established in 2012 and participated in the implementation of a number of projects with a total with a generating capacity of over 800 MW. The company operates on Ukrainian and international markets.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that in the de-occupied Kherson region, specialists of the company DTEK VDE restored the operation of the Trifonivska solar power plant by 50%. In January, DTEK began to restore the operation of the SPP. By that time, it had already started working at 15% of its installed capacity and providing energy to the residents of the region.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, 50 hospitals in Ukraine will be equipped with hybrid photovoltaic stations free of charge, which will allow critical departments to work without interruption for at least 2-3 hours. The stations consist of solar panels, inverters and an energy storage system. The initiative is implemented within the framework of the "50 solar hospitals" project.
