The market value of the territory reaches 88 million hryvnias

In the Kyiv region, the court returned 2 hectares of land of the regional landscape park "Trachtemiriv" to the communal property of the Rzhyshchiv City Council.

In 2014, the territory was illegally transferred to private property by citizens under the guise of agricultural land, the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reports on Facebook.

It is noted that these lands have been part of the Trakhtemyriv landscape park since 2000. That is, the decision of the Main Department of the State Land Agency in the Kyiv region was illegal. After all, the presence of such plots in private property is prohibited by law.

The article emphasized that the market value of the territory reaches 88 million hryvnias.

"In view of the violation, the prosecutor's office stood up to protect the interests of the state. Taking into account the prosecutor's arguments, the court satisfied the lawsuit and returned the land plot to communal ownership," the press service said.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that in February the court returned 4 hectares of land of the regional landscape park "Trahtemiriv" in Kyiv region, worth over 50 million hryvnias, to communal ownership.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, in the village of Kalynivka of the Fastivskyi district in the Kyiv region, in the middle of the lake, an embankment was made of construction debris to shorten the journey to shelter from 10-15 minutes to two. The embankment will disrupt the reservoir system, which will lead to waterlogging.
