Tuesday 21 June The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Sergey Vlasenko as Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

He will deal with issues of digital development, digital transformations and digitalization, reported Government Portal.

Relevant order dated June 21, 2022 No. 505-r signed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmigal.

Prior to his new appointment, Vlasenko was an adviser to the Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine. At the 15th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in New York in June 2022, he noted that russia's armed aggression in Ukraine exacerbates the climate crisis in the world, the website of Ministry of Natural Resources says.

Recall on May 24, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Ruslan Grechanik as First Deputy Minister protection of the environment and natural resources of Ukraine.
