Hydrofluorocarbon compounds are among the main greenhouse gases

The European Parliament approved the revision of the EU Regulation on F-gases and step-by-step phasing out of fluorine-free greenhouse gases until 2050.

They also praised the number of intakes of hydrofluorocarbons (HFV) and other fluorine gases (HFC and HFO) from heat pumps, stationary refrigeration units and air conditioning systems, according to R744.com.

426 European deputies voted for the decision, 109 did not vote, and 52 voted down.

As you can see, hydrofluorocarbons are considered to be the main greenhouse gases in the Earth's atmosphere.

Significantly, that the steps taken to implement the State Fund for Funding until 2050 will be transferred in stages, reducing from 80% to 85% between 2036 and 2047, transferring the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, to a more ambitious level.

The material explained that the European Parliament should start negotiations with the Council of the EU in order to agree on a common position. After that, a trialogue between the European Parliament, the Commission and the Council will begin. A deal is expected to be reached by this summer.

"The significant ambitions of the vote in the Parliament indicate that the final revision of the Regulation will reflect significant changes in the use of refrigerants in the EU, with a major push towards natural refrigerants," the article emphasized.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that the sound of the United Nations, the United States and the EU showing that the ozone ball can last for a decade or so, the protection of the chlorofluorocarbon crevices. The voices of speech sound in aerosols, refrigerators, foam insulation materials and air conditioners.

As EcoPolitic said earlier, a new study by the UN International Panel of Experts on Climate Change (IPCC) showed that before the beginning of the 2030s, the global warming will be exceeded by 1.5 °C, and by 2100 the temperature will be 3.2 ° C.
