On Thursday, April 13, at the meeting of the Committee on Environmental Policy and Nature Management, Ihor Zubovych, acting head of the State Ecoinspection, will deliver a report.

As stated on the website of the EcoCommittee, the meeting will be held online and will begin at 3:00 p.m.

Only one question is scheduled for consideration:

"About the report of the Acting Head of the State Ecoinspection I.O. Zubovich on the results of his work during the performance of the duties of the Head of the State Ecoinspection and regarding problematic issues in the implementation of state policy on the implementation of state supervision (control) in the field of environmental protection, rational use, reproduction and protection of natural resources".

As EcoPolitic reported earlier, at the end of March, the eco-committee recommended that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopt the government draft law No. 8410 "On environmental impact assessment" as a basis. At the same time, this bill was criticized by professional ecologists and ecoactivists.
