The Committee on Environmental Policy and Nature Management on Thursday, August 25, instructed the deputy Olena Kryvoruchkina to finalize draft law No.3091-d on the reform of state environmental control.
The ecocommittee also asked the Ministry of the Environment to speed up the provision of expert assistance regarding this draft law, reports Energy under the dome on Telegram.
The People's Deputies also heard information about the state of consideration of draft laws in the direction of European integration, namely:
- draft law No.4461-d about the territory of the Emerald Network, which, according to "Energy under the dome", will have a negative impact if the essential points are not finalized. The committee asked the Ministry of environment to speed up the provision of expert assistance on the PZU for substantive consideration at the meeting.
- draft law No.6004-2 on ensuring the constitutional rights of citizens to an environment safe for life and health needs to be revised.

According to the Minister of environmental protection and natural resources, Ruslan Strilets, an expert group in Germany is currently gaining experience on this PZU and will soon submit its proposals to it," the article noted.
It also needs refinement draft law No.6477 about the National Register of emissions and transfer of pollutants. The Eco-Committee is processing the response and comments of the Main Legal Department of the Republic of the Verkhovna Rada.
Of draft law No.6478 about sewage disposal of populated areas, the eco-committee plans to hold coordination meetings with the Ministry of Energy, the National energy regulatory commission and the Committee on energy and housing, which received the most comments on the text of the PZU.
In addition, it needs refinement draft law No.7581 about the improvement of the system of emergency assistance to the population under the single telephone number 112. Currently, 71 amendments have been submitted to this document, which are being processed by the committee.
The material noted that the ecocommittee will hold a meeting on Saturday, August 27, to continue consideration of the issues.
