  • obtain permission to use toxic and especially dangerous chemicals withdrawn from the market;
  • report the use of an alternative name for a chemical substance;
  • submit a notification on the hazard classification of chemical products.

Information about:

  • chemical products, their volumes supplied to the market and hazardous properties;
  • potential risks associated with the use of chemicals and safety precautions;
  • manufacturers, importers, suppliers of chemical products;
  • chemical incidents and identified chemical safety hazards.

On October 18, 2022, EcoPolitic reported that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted government bill No. 8037 “On chemical safety and management of chemical products” as a basis.
