Those moving to a new home are offered to adopt a cat, dog, or other animal from a shelter, according to the Wantokota Instagram post.

"According to a sign, before moving into a new apartment, you should invite a cat to visit to live a happy and carefree life," the post says.

The foundation explained that animal rights activists and LUN joined forces to help animals find their families.
