Conclusions will be issued online from July 9 due to the entry into force of the Law "On Waste Management"

Ukrainian entrepreneurs will receive a conclusion on cross-border transportation of waste from the green list only in online format on the EcoSystem platform.

The authorization document applies to the import and export of humanitarian aid, scrap, used clothes or shoes, fur and leather, waste paper, plant waste, etc., the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources reports on Facebook.

Waste from the Green List is safe for people and the environment.

It is noted that earlier to obtain such a conclusion, entrepreneurs could submit documents in both electronic and paper form. However, with the entry into force of the Law "On Waste Management" on July 9, the registration process takes place online.

The message emphasized that the list of documents for obtaining a conclusion is posted on "EkoSystem". To draw up a conclusion, you need:

  • select the section "e-Waste", "Administrative services". Find there "Conclusion on cross-border transportation of waste included in the Green List of waste";
  • click "Order" the service;
  • fill in all sections and submit the application.

It is noted that the term of consideration of the application reaches 10 days. Information about the received conclusions will be displayed in the electronic register, from which you can automatically generate a QR code with the necessary information.

"We continue to make it easier for businesses and citizens to receive local services," the press service emphasized.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that in January 2022, an experimental project issuance of online conclusions on cross-border transportation was launched in EkoSystem.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, on June 20, 2022, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading and in general the long-awaited draft law No. 2207-1-d "On waste management". On July 7, the document was signed by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi
