If there is a mark of the environmental class in the registration certificate, it is not necessary to provide the certificate

In Ukraine, since September 1, it has been forbidden to travel abroad to passenger vehicles that do not have an environmental class, or that have a EURO-1 class.

It has become impossible to submit an application for crossing the "18-60" border, it is reported "DSBT-UKRTRANSBESPEKA" in Telegram.

It is noted that subsection 2 of clause 7 of the License Terms stipulates that the application for obtaining a license must include supporting documents, in addition to the documents provided for in Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing of Types of Economic Activities". These supporting documents include the vehicle details listed in Appendix 3 to these terms and conditions.

The message explained that the norms provide for the provision of information on the environmental class of the vehicle, as well as copies of its registration certificates and, if necessary, temporary registration coupons certified by the applicant.

It is noted that overdue documents for submitting certificates are not accepted. If there is a mark of the environmental class in the registration certificate, it is not necessary to provide the certificate.

As reported by EcoPolitics earlier, according to analysts from DiXi Group, the introduction in Europe of new standards regarding carbon emissions from motor vehicles, in particular the ban on new cars with internal combustion engines from 2035, may affect Ukrainian regulations emissions.
