A complaint to SaveEcoBot will give grounds for an unscheduled eco-inspection

In the Ukrainian chatbot SaveEcoBot, there is an opportunity to report environmental pollution and request an eco-inspection.

The new templates fully comply with wartime norms, the public organization SaveDnipro reports in Telegram.

The authors emphasized that during the martial law in Ukraine, many measures of state control were suspended, but environmental pollution did not stop. So they developed a new tool for the public.

"SaveEcoBot now works with new templates for complaints about environmental pollution for unscheduled inspections by regulatory bodies," the message emphasized.

It is noted that in order to report pollution, it is necessary to open the bot and select:

  • "Other functions";
  • "Complain about pollution";
  • "Submit a complaint";
  • perform all the proposed actions;
  • download the finished complaint and send it to the e-mail specified in the header of the document.

Eco-activists explained that with the new wording, the complaint will provide reasonable grounds for approval of an unscheduled inspection of a business object that pollutes the environment.

"SaveEcoBot now you can definitely make an impact," the message emphasized.

The State Environmental Inspection has launched a chatbot through which environmental violations can be reported.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, the Center for Legal Action "Eco SOS" has appeared in Ukraine, which will help citizens resist the encroachment of green areas, felling of trees and solve other urgent environmental problems.
