The area contains plastic and rubber waste, waste from vehicle maintenance, oil products, etc., the State Environmental Inspectorate of the Southern District reports on Facebook.

It is noted that the violations were discovered as part of the work of the mobile monitoring group for the prevention, detection and termination of criminal offenses in the field of atmospheric air and water resources protection. Eco-inspectors drew up a protocol for violation of waste management requirements.

The press service said that the director of the enterprise must pay 75% of the tax-free minimum income of citizens and eliminate violations. The mobile team will monitor the situation with this warehouse.

It should be noted that in Ukraine, due to the inconsistency of the actions of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources with the requirements of Law No. 2320-IX "On Waste Management", the collapse of the hazardous waste management market began on January 9, 2024 – until February 1, there was no licensed company, and businesses and medical institutions could not legally dispose of this type of waste. As of March 1, only 5 companies out of about 200 received licenses in Ukraine.
