Silpo Recycling works every day except holidays

The Silpo Recycling center from the Silpo supermarket chain in Lviv has resumed its work.

This was reported on the Facebook page of the public organization Zero Waste Lviv.

Silpo Recycling works every day except holidays. On weekdays it is open from 14:00 to 19:00. Lunch break: 16:00-16:30.

On weekends, the accumulated recyclables are accepted from 10:00 to 16:00 (lunch break: 12:00-12:30).

You can dispose of the following waste:

  • waste paper;
  • tin cans;
  • glass (jars and bottles);
  • plastic caps;
  • PET bottles for drinks.

The waste sorting station is located on 35a Nauchna Street, in the Frankovsky district of the city.

As previously reported, the supermarket chain "Silpo" launched the program for the collection of secondary raw materials when ordering courier delivery of goods from the site.

Recall that in 2020, the Silpo network collected and sent for processing 22,205 tons of recyclables.

Recently, the public organization "Ukraine without garbage" launched collaboration with the supermarket chain "Silpo", making a video about the packaging of cooking in reusable containers.
