The power of the station reaches 76.8 and 25.6 kW/h

The community of Kyiv received green humanitarian aid, namely two unique solar power plants from the leading French manufacturer of photovoltaic panels, Roy Group Energy.

They will provide alternative nutrition in the advisory and diagnostic center and the Svyatoshyn psychoneurological boarding school, Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko reported on Facebook.

He said that the French partners raised €250,000 to purchase these solar power plants. Another €50,000 was provided by JCI.

Klitschko emphasized that the capacity of the station for the psychoneurological boarding school reaches 76.8 kWh, and the other one – 25.6 kWh.

"The capital continues to equip critical infrastructure facilities with alternative power sources," he emphasized.

The mayor of Kyiv also noted that French specialists will begin the installation of power plants already on Monday, February 13.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that in Ukraine, eco-activists from the public organization "Ekoklub" are implementing a project to install solar panels for the uninterrupted operation of 6 medical institutions in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Kharkiv regions and the de-occupied part of Kherson region.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, in Ukraine, thanks to solar energy and favorable weather during the day, almost there is no generation deficit.
