Entrepreneurs turned a forest strip into a landfill: they face a small fine in Bucha

A local resident ordered the removal of garbage, which he later found in a forest strip

In Buch, in the Kyiv region, the police exposed local entrepreneurs who provided services for the removal of garbage, but took it to a forest strip.

Each violator faces a fine of up to 1,360 hryvnias, reports Buchan community officers on Telegram.

The report emphasized that the violation was discovered thanks to a local resident. He published a post on the network about the fact that he ordered the removal of garbage from his territory, which ended up in a spontaneous landfill near the microdistrict of Yastrymshchyna.

It is noted that the law enforcement officers found the perpetrators. Protocols were drawn up on them for violating state standards, norms and rules for the improvement of the territory of populated areas (Article 152 Admincodex ). Each of the violators faces a fine of up to UAH 1,360.

" Police officers of the community warn about the responsibility for the formation of spontaneous garbage dumps! Remember that we are all building European society together and working for victory," the message reads.
