The Kyiv Court of Appeal upheld the decision regarding the return to state property of part of the bank of the Dnipro River in the village of Kozyn.

Land worth 315 million hryvnias was illegally transferred to the private ownership of citizens for farming, the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reports on Facebook.

The press service said that this part of the bank of the Dnipro is located within the boundaries of the Kozyna settlement council and belongs to the lands of the water fund. It must be exclusively state or communal property.

It is noted that the plot was illegally allocated to private property based on the order of the district state administration. These lands were added to the authorized capital of a legal entity related to the People's Deputy of Ukraine.

"The Kyiv Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the court of first instance, by which the specified lawsuit filed in the interests of the Kyiv Regional State Administration was satisfied," the prosecutors emphasized.

Earleir, EcoPolitic wrote, that the Commercial Court returned 375 hectares of land of the Troyeshchynski luky reserve to the territorial community of Kyiv. The value of this land reaches 10 billion hryvnias.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, the court in the Kyiv region satisfied the prosecution's claims regarding the return to communal ownership of 4 hectares of land in the regional landscape park Trahtemiriv.
