Eco-activists appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office, the National Police and the People's Deputy regarding plowing

In Vinnytsia, eco-activists succeeded in opening criminal proceedings for plowing in 3 sanctuaries of the region, namely "Kurochka", "Nadrossya" and "Zelena".

The pre-trial investigation within the framework of the criminal proceedings regarding another plowed landscape reserve "Hopchytsia" has been ongoing since 2021, reports the "Ukrainian Nature Conservation Group" on Facebook.

"We hope that after our appeal, the consideration of the case will be speeded up," said the eco-activists.

The authors said that they appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office, the National Police and People's Deputy Yulia Ovchynnikova regarding plowing. In response to their and the deputy's appeal to the Unified State Register of Pre-Trial Investigations, information was entered on the grounds of a criminal offense, provided for in Art. 197-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wro6te, that in Vinnytsia, the State Bureau of Investigation reported suspicion to a forester from Yampil Forestry of State Enterprise "Zhmeryn Forestry" for plowing 14 hectares of the nature reserve. It was part of the plan creation of a private hunting ground.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, in Kirovohrad region, thanks to the appeal of ecoactivists, the regional prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings for allocation in the private ownership of the lands of 4 reserves.
