In the Sarnensky district, the fire of construction debris was eliminated

In the Rivne region, on Tuesday, August 23, 2 fires destroyed 1.5 hectares of dry grass and bushes in the Varas district.

During the day, the rescuers of the region went out 5 times to extinguish fires, reports the State Emergency Service in the Rivne region on Facebook.

The fire occurred near the village of Zabolottia on an area of ​​0.7 ha and near the village of Dovgovolya in the tract "Biryukovo bolato" on an area of ​​0.8 ha.

Also, on August 23, a fire destroyed a stack of straw (5 tons) in the village of Vovkovii, Dubensky district. The rescuers managed to save two farm buildings and one residential building, which were located nearby.

In addition, in the village of Kysorichi, Sarnensky District, rescuers extinguished the fire of construction debris on an open area of ​​20 m2.

The causes of the fires and the extent of the damage are being established.

Rescuers also provided assistance in the villages of Komarivka, Zhalyn, Selets, Bazaltov and Chudel in destroying hornets' nests in private households, a residential building and a kindergarten.
