Several more similar projects are planned to be implemented in the region

In the Mykolaiv region, a 28 kW rooftop solar power plant was installed at the Voznesensk multidisciplinary hospital.

The SPP will provide reliable and uninterrupted power supply, in particular in emergency situations and emergency power outages, Yuriy Granaturov, deputy head of the Mykolaiv OVA, reported on Facebook.

He said that the station was installed with the support of "East Energy Engineering" LLC at the initiative of the Mykolayiv OVA team.

Granaturov noted that the SPP was inspected at a working meeting with First Deputy Minister of Health Serhii Dubrov, Mayor Yevgeniy Velychka and deputies.

"During this meeting, priority directions for the hospital's development and opportunities for further expansion were discussed," he wrote. "There are several more projects related to energy efficiency and energy independence of health care facilities in the Mykolayiv region."

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that in August in the Mykolaiv Region 60% of the generating capacity of the 5.7 MW solar power plant of the Niko Solar company was restored. The station was almost completely destroyed by the Russian invaders.

As EcoPolitic reported earlier, in Zhytomyr Oblast, the Zvyagel multidisciplinary hospital saved 157,000 hryvnias in 8 months thanks to a rooftop solar power plant. During this time, the SPP generated 25,000 kW of energy, which also made it possible to avoid power outages.
