This will help start the eco-modernization and restoration of the domestic industry, as well as allow Ukrainian manufacturers to enter European markets, reports Mindovkillya in Telegram.

It is noted that the documents are available on the department's website:

The press service called on the public, the scientific community, authorities and other stakeholders to read these materials and join the discussion on their implementation.

"Mindovkilya continues to work on the implementation of the reform of reduction and control of industrial pollution", – emphasized in the message.

The agency explained that one of Ukraine's obligations under the Association Agreement with the EU is the implementation of Directive 2010/75/EU "On industrial emissions" (integrated pollution prevention and control). The conclusions of BATM are the basis for establishing maximum permissible emissions and issuing permits for installations.

We would like to remind you that the Ministry of Environment published translated reference documents on the best available technologies and management methods (BATM) for the production of glass and ceramics, non-ferrous and ferrous steel industry. And also regarding the production of pig iron and steel, cement, lime and magnesium oxide and about energy efficiency.
