In the bot, you can create an application for the removal of containers for separate collection, hazardous waste, etc

In Kyiv, utility workers have launched a Telegram-bot, through which you can notify Kyivcomunservice about overflowing or broken containers, scattered garbage, as well as the removal of bulky and other waste.

Currently, the bot works in test mode, reports KMDA on Telegram.

The press service explained that thanks to the bot, employees of Kyivcomunservice process the collected information and form applications for export:

  • bulky waste (BW);
  • containers for solid household waste (SWW);
  • bell-type containers for separate collection;
  • containers for hazardous waste (HW).

In addition, in the service you can choose a topic and report the detected problem:

  • over-accumulation of garbage;
  • broken container;
  • littering;
  • non-return of containers;
  • leakage of leachate, etc.
