Declarations of 17 members of the government

The official income of Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, placed him ninth on the list of the wealthiest ministers.

This is shown in an infographic prepared by the publication "Slovo i Dilo."

The head of the combined ministry’s total income for 2025 amounted to 1,761,700 UAH. To calculate the total amount, the salary Oleksiy Sobolev received in his previous position at the ministry was included.

As a reminder, parliament voted to appoint Oleksiy Sobolev as Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture on July 17, 2025. Prior to his promotion, he served as First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

According to the data for 2025, the top ten wealthiest government officials are as follows:

  • Minister of Health Viktor Liashko – UAH 2,264,700;
  • Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha – UAH 2,135,600;
  • Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity Denys Uliutin – UAH 2,037,800;
  • Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovyi – UAH 1,906,800;
  • Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Taras Kachka – UAH 1,902,400;
  • Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko – UAH 1,891,200;
  • Acting Minister of Justice Liudmyla Suhak – UAH 1,818,500;
  • Minister for Veterans Affairs Nataliia Kalmykova – UAH 1,792,900;
  • Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Oleksii Sobolev – UAH 1,761,700;
  • Minister of Finance Serhii Marchenko – UAH 1,734,400.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko ranked 15th by annual salary, with an income of UAH 1,371,900.

After the government was reorganized in July 2025, she headed the Ministry of Energy. Already in the autumn of the same year, she became involved in a large-scale corruption scandal. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) carried out Operation “Midas”, during which abuses amounting to $100 million were exposed. On November 19, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed her from her post.
