The police are also working at a landfill site and at a number of addresses linked to individuals involved in the criminal case

The National Police is conducting investigative activities in the Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, and Zaporizhzhia regions. In particular, law enforcement officers visited a municipal enterprise in the Dnipro City Council. The reason is the embezzlement of budget funds in the field of household waste management.

This was reported by the National Police.

The alleged embezzlement took place during the collection, removal, and disposal of solid household waste. The searches are being conducted under a court order as part of an already open criminal investigation.

Law enforcement officers are working simultaneously at several locations – at the municipal solid waste landfill, in office premises, and at the residences and registration addresses of persons involved in the budget embezzlement case. Documents are being seized from the premises of the municipal enterprise at the Dnipro city council.
