The municipal enterprise accepts various devices, from gadget chargers to old refrigerators

Kyiv has announced a collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). On December 27, 29, and 30, residents can dispose of old, non-working gadgets, appliances, and accessories free of charge.

This was reported by the municipal enterprise Kyivkomunservis.

What equipment can be handed in?

The company has published a list of equipment that it accepts for recycling:

  • large household appliances, such as washing machines, drying cabinets, freezers, refrigerators, dishwashers, kitchen stoves, microwave ovens, etc.;
  • small household appliances, including vacuum cleaners, electric kettles, fans, hairdryers, coffee makers, heaters, toasters, mixers, and range hoods;
  • computer and multimedia equipment, as well as related accessories. Items for disposal include monitors, televisions, audio equipment, system units, printers, keyboards, power banks, chargers, headphones, smartphones, and so on.

Complete household items with all available components can be brought to the following addresses:
