Currently, the director has been served a motion to select a preventive measure. In addition, the prosecutor has filed a lawsuit seeking confiscation of the suspect's land plot.
As previously reported by EcoPolitics, in the Lviv region, the head of a quarry will stand trial for instructing subordinates to extract sand outside the land plot defined by a special permit for subsoil use.
