Representatives of the municipal enterprise MC “Blagoustriy” removed debris from Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky Lyceum No. 1, which was destroyed by a Russian missile, for use as fill material at Pier No. 1 “Rybatsky Krai.”
This was announced by the State Environmental Inspection (SEI) of the South-Western District following a scheduled inspection of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky City Council.
The municipal workers, who report to Deputy Mayor A.I. Kryshchopov, got rid of the debris from the June 23 missile strike, which killed three teachers and injured 12 others, three of whom are in critical condition.

In addition, the territory of berth No. 1 belongs to the water fund and the protected area of the archaeological monument — the Akkerman Fortress, which is less than 70 m away.

The eco-inspectors also reminded that this waste is not ordinary construction debris, as it includes:
- fragments of rocket weapons;
- remnants of rocket fuel;
- burnt school property, textbooks, furniture.
They emphasized that the remains of the destroyed lyceum were used as “fill” for commercial use of the territory — “without permits, without compliance with environmental regulations, contrary to ethical and legal norms.”

Currently, inspectors have drawn up reports on administrative offenses under Article 52 of the Code of Administrative Offenses against employees of the Blagoustriy MC, and are planning further measures in response to this violation.
According to representatives of the State Environmental Inspection, they have received numerous complaints from local residents who witnessed their native school being destroyed, and children finding burnt notebooks and textbooks that they themselves had studied from.

"This case is not just a violation of the law. It is a test for the whole society, law enforcement agencies, journalists, and citizens. We will either defeat impunity or allow it to destroy us from within, even in the midst of the struggle for independence. We honor the memory of the teachers who died while remaining at their posts," the inspectorate emphasized.
