  • No. 11208 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine in connection with the accession of Ukraine to the International Convention on the Control of Ship's Water Ballast and Sediments and their Management of 2004".

Also, the eco-committee should submit its proposals to draft law No. 11209 "On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses in Connection with Ukraine's Accession to the 2004 International Convention on Ship Ballast and Sediments Control and Management".

People's deputies will also consider the issue of letters:

  • of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine regarding the results of the audit of the effectiveness of the performance of powers by state bodies in terms of ensuring control of timeliness, completeness of assessment and payment of taxes and other revenues to the state budget by business entities in the field of forestry;
  • People's Deputy of Ukraine Ovchinnykova Yu.Yu. regarding amendments to the Work Plan of the Committee for the period of the eleventh session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation.
