September anomaly: an avalanche descended in Transcarpathia
An avalanche came down in the mountains of Transcarpathia. For September - an anomalous phenomenon, hydrologists say. The avalanche season usually opens no earlier than January. And for almost 80 years, when they conduct surveillance, this has not been recorded in Ukraine.
