"Until the principle of inevitability of punishment begins to work, no anthem will help the environmental inspection," wrote Ivan Rusev, an ecologist and biologist from the Tuzlivski Lymani National Nature Park.
He emphasized that a number of former and current eco-inspectors use their position not to restore order, but for personal enrichment.
"I have known this service since the first days of Ukraine's independence and, unfortunately, I have not yet seen in the Black Sea region of Ukraine real systemic steps and practical actions of the environmental inspection to bring order to the unprecedentedly disgusting and illegal use of nature in various aspects," he added Rusev
User Serhii Ivanovych emphasized that the department does not have one Code of Ethics and principles of corporate culture.
"The song is good, but people are disgusted by the format of populism while ignoring basic environmental provisions and punishing ecocriminals at all levels," he wrote.
Oleksandr Popescu emphasized that eco-inspectors should be engaged in environmental protection, and not write hymns. In particular, attention should be paid to the destruction of city trees during crowning.
"If the quality of the inspectors' work improves as a result, then ok, I'll put up with it," wrote Lesya Melnyk.
Some users saw the new anthem as a joke.

The press service of the State Inspectorate emphasized on Facebook that the anthem has been approved within the framework of the State Administration Reform Strategy for 2022-2025. The initiative is designed to develop patriotism and popularize public service.
"This initiative will help establish a positive image of the State Environmental Inspectorate and draw attention to the important work of environmental protection inspectors," the report says.
