The People's Deputies will consider draft law No. 7438 on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the use and circulation of pyrotechnic products, for which the Committee is designated as the main committee.
The committee should submit its proposals to the following draft laws:
- #7446 regarding the strengthening of responsibility for disturbing the peace in populated areas and public places and for the use of pyrotechnic devices during the period of martial law, as well as No. 7446-1 on strengthening responsibility for violations of legislation in the field of production, storage, transportation, trade and use of pyrotechnic products:
- #7475 regarding the protection of the state border of Ukraine;
- #7455 on amendments to Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the improvement of liability for unauthorized dissemination of information in conditions of war or emergency;
- #7433 on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Collection and Accounting of a Single Contribution to Mandatory State Social Insurance" and some other laws of Ukraine, regarding the protection of the rights of individuals during martial law and simplifying the accounting of workplaces for persons with disabilities.
In addition, people's deputies will consider the letter of the Chamber of Accounts on the results of the audit of the effectiveness of the performance of powers by state bodies regarding the completeness of the calculation and control over the payment of fees for issuing special permits for the use of subsoil and funds from the sale of such permits.
