Among other things, the People's Deputies will consider draft law No. 8119 "On attraction of investments in the development of the fishing industry"

On Thursday, November 17, a meeting of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on environmental policy and nature management will be held via video conference.

EcoPolitic prepared the committee's agenda.

People's deputies will consider it in the second reading draft law No. 8037 "On chemical safety and management of chemical products" regarding which the Committee is designated as the main one.

The committee should submit its proposals to the following draft laws:

  • draft law No. 8119 "On attraction of investments in the development of the fishing industry";
  • draft law No. 8139-2 "On amendments to article 282 of the customs code of Ukraine regarding the support of activities for the protection of human life at sea in accordance with international treaties of Ukraine";
  • draft law No. 8145 "On making changes to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the improvement of state regulation in the spheres of ensuring safety and certain quality indicators of food products, veterinary medicine and animal welfare, as well as state control in these spheres";
  • draft law No. 8150 "On making changes to some laws of Ukraine on improving the requirements of the legislation on food products, feed, veterinary medicine and animal welfare".
