People's deputies will consider proposals for the draft agenda of the ninth session of the Verkhovna Rada

On Wednesday, January 11, a meeting of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Environmental Policy and Nature Management will be held via video conference at 11:00 a.m.

People's deputies will consider draft law No. 7327 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the state system of environmental monitoring, information on the state of the environment (ecological information) and information support for management in the field of the environment", for which the ecocommittee is designated as the main one. The document will be considered in the second reading.

The committee should submit its proposals to:

  • draft law No. 8298 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding additional support for domestic industry and business during martial law";
  • draft law No. 8299 "On amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine regarding additional support for domestic industry and business during martial law".

People's deputies will also consider proposals for the draft agenda of the ninth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation, as well as the composition of the working group on the development of legislative initiatives regarding environmental impact assessment in the forestry industry.
