"WinIndustry" will create about 700 new jobs

In Vinnytsia, public discussions were held on the detailed plan for the development of the fourth VinIndustry industrial park in the industrial quarter in the eastern part of the city.

The plan was approved by all participants in the discussion, the Vinnytsia City Council reports.

"The large square will remain green. The project does not envisage the total construction of every square and the transformation of the territories into solid asphalt and concrete," said Gennadiy Malyovany, a specialist at Spatial Planning LLC.

It is noted that the area of the park will reach 23.5 hectares. It is planned to place 4 new enterprises on the territory. They will deploy production and storage facilities for the production of polyethylene containers, medicines, metal structures, etc.

The message emphasized that the next stage will be the development of project and estimate documentation.

Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia Andriy Ocheretny emphasized that "WinIndustry" will create about 700 new jobs. During the construction of the industrial park, landscaping and the creation of comfortable conditions for traffic and pedestrians are also planned.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that a new enterprise of the pulp and paper industry will appear in Vinnytsia, where waste paper will be processed into paper pulp, from which cardboard containers are made.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, the concept of the municipal industrial park Sygnivka was presented in Lviv, which is designed to transform an abandoned industrial zone into a center of logistics and production.
