People's deputies will consider the National report on the state of the environment in Ukraine in 2021

On Wednesday, November 30, a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Environmental Policy and Nature Management will be held via videoconference at 11:00.

The Committee shall submit its proposals to:

  • draft law No. 7711 "On amendments to some legislative acts regarding the peculiarities of regulation of land relations to ensure the rapid implementation of investment projects aimed at restoring the economy of Ukraine during martial law and during the recovery period";
  • draft law No. 8119 "On attracting investments in the development of the fisheries industry";
  • draft law No. 8145 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine to improve state regulation in the spheres of ensuring safety and certain indicators of food quality, veterinary medicine and animal welfare, as well as state control in these spheres";
  • draft law No. 8150 "On amendments to certain laws of Ukraine to improve the requirements of legislation on food, feed, veterinary medicine and animal welfare";
  • draft law No. 8051 "On amendments to the law of Ukraine "On state support of agriculture of Ukraine" on state support of agricultural producers".

In addition, people's deputies will consider the National Report on the State of the Environment in Ukraine in 2021, as well as the issues of the composition of the subcommittee on the protection and rational use of subsoil.

Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada registered bill No. 8223 "On amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding the protection of humans from the impact of ionizing radiation." The document is aimed at implementing the standards of human protection from the effects of ionizing radiation into the legislation of Ukraine in accordance with European standards.
