The experimental project will last until the end of 2023

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved an experimental project on obtaining a certificate on determining the values of background concentrations of pollutants in atmospheric air online through the EcoSystem platform.

This will reduce the term of the service from 30 days to zero, the Ministry of Environment reports on Facebook.

The press service noted that the service is currently relevant for more than 20,000 users. It will become more popular as the country and economy recover after the war.

"So now there will be one less problem - there is no need to wait for a paper document. It is enough to go to EcoSystem, fill out the form and immediately receive an automatic entry in the register and an electronic reference with a QR code," the message reads.

The press service also mentioned the advantages of this format:

  • the entire procedure can be completed from your own gadget at any time;
  • it is impossible to make technical mistakes when filling out applications;
  • there is no need to verify data from various paper sources;
  • the official does not take part in the consideration of applications;
  • the service provision period is reduced from 30 days to zero;
  • the received electronic document is always "at hand" when needed, it cannot be lost or forgotten;
  • if necessary, the certificate can be printed.

"Today, it is important not to prevent everyone from doing their job: business – to work and raise the country's economy, and the state to perform its duties efficiently, getting rid of outdated formats of interaction and accumulation of papers. That's why we continue to implement new IT solutions", said the Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Ruslan Strelets.

The message noted that the experimental project will operate until the end of 2023. After that, its effectiveness and feasibility of continuation will be evaluated.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that in Ukraine from now on you can get it hazardous waste management license online on the EkoSystem platform.

As previously EcoPolitic reported, in Ukraine, business entities that transport waste that is safe for people and the environment across the border will be able to get online results three times faster on cross-border transportation in EkoSystem.
