In 2021, Boryspil airport used 44,400 cubic meters of water without permission

In the Kyiv region, the court forced three enterprises to pay UAH 343.8 thousand to the state budget for violating environmental legislation.

These are Shovkoradhosp Baryshivskyi, Boryspil International Airport and Makariv Forest Farm, reports the State Inspectorate of the Capital district on Facebook.

Corresponding decisions were issued by the courts of Kyiv and Kyiv region.

Shovkoradhosp Baryshivskyi, located in the village Shovkove, Baryshiv district, according to the decision of the Economic Court of the Kyiv region, he must compensate damages in the amount of 121.5 thousand hryvnias for illegal felling of trees, pine species.

According to the decision of the Northern Court of Appeal, International Boryspil Airport must pay 177,000 hryvnias for arbitrary use of groundwater without a special permit. In 2021, the enterprise used 44,400 cubic meters of water without permission.

According to the decision of the Commercial Court of the Kyiv region, the Makariv Forest Farm has to pay 45.3 thousand hryvnias for non-compliance with the requirements of the legislation in terms of ensuring the protection and protection of forest plantations. Illegal felling of Scots pine was discovered within forestry.
