The mobile point will work from Wednesday to Sunday 

An eco-bus continues to operate in Khmelnytskyi, accepting hazardous waste from community members free of charge.

The schedule of its stops with addresses was published by the office of “Smart Environment. Khmelnytskyi” office posted on Facebook.

It also reminded of the list of hazardous waste that can be handed over for safe disposal:

  • batteries and accumulators
  • fluorescent lamps;
  • thermometers and mercury-containing materials;
  • paints, adhesives, solvents (with containers)
  • electrical and electronic equipment;
  • detergents, household chemicals (with packaging);
  • expired medicines.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the eco-bus will be waiting for Khmelnytskyi residents from 12:00 to 17:00, and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday – from 9:00 to 17:00.

The office of “Smart Environment. Khmelnytskyi” office reminded that hazardous waste is also accepted daily from 8:00 to 19:00 at the Waste Management Centers, which are located in Khmelnytskyi at 7 Myr Avenue and at the intersection of Chornovil and Pilotska streets.
