The number of solar power plants (SPPs) installed in private households in Ukraine is 51969 units, and their total capacity already exceeds 1.5 GW.
These figures are cited by ExPro Consulting with reference to the data of the heads of regional state administrations and the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Viktor Mykyta.
The undisputed leader is Dnipropetrovska oblast, where the number of home solar power plants is already approaching 8 thousand units.
ExPro Consulting said that data on SPPs in private households in Ternopil, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions have not been made public. And while everything is clear with the last three, it is not clear why the Ternopil Regional State Administration was silent.
Analysts noted that the total capacity of installed SPPs is known only for some regions.
