On the morning after the Russian attack on Ternopil, air quality deteriorated critically.

On the morning of November 19, Russia attacked the city with missiles and strike drones. As of 10:00 a.m., ten people were known to have been killed.
While the city continues to assess the damage to residential buildings, the concentration of harmful substances in the air has exceeded the permissible limit by six times.
The administration urges Ternopil residents to close their windows and remain indoors.
