A major reshuffle of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers is expected soon, but Svitlana Grynychuk is likely to remain in her position.
This opinion was expressed by Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak in a conversation with professor of economics and philosopher Valery Pekar. A video of this conversation is available on the MP's YouTube channel.
According to the MP, Svitlana Grynychuk is a protégé of Timur Mindich, a businessman close to the Office of the President of Ukraine and co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio. Zheleznyak is confident that other people close to Mindich also work in the ministry.
The MP predicts that Yulia Svyrydenko, who currently holds the position of First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Economy of Ukraine, will replace Denys Shmyhal as Prime Minister.
According to Zheleznyak, Minister for Veterans Affairs Natalia Kalmykova will be dismissed. He also believes that Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko may face problems. The MP says that government minister Oleg Nemchinov will leave along with Shmyhal.
