Inspections of units of the Kyiv City State Administration and communal enterprises have already become permanent

On Friday, January 17, investigative actions are underway at the premises of the Department of Environmental Protection and Climate Change Adaptation of the Kyiv City State Administration and Kyivzelenbud to check their activities regarding the overhaul and reconstruction of parks and recreation areas.

This was reported by the press service of the KCSA.

The searches are being carried out on the basis of a ruling of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv on December 18, 2024, the administration said. Law enforcement officers are interested in the activities of the Department, Kyivzelenbud, and their interaction with contractors for the overhaul and reconstruction of parks and recreation areas.

According to officials, the Department and the municipal association provide all the necessary documents, fully assist law enforcement agencies in conducting procedural actions and count on the objectivity and impartiality of the investigation.

On December 26, 2024, employees of the investigative department of the police department of the National Police Directorate in Kyiv conducted searches in the office premises of "Kyivzelenbud" KO. They related to the provision of services for the elimination of quarantine weeds on the territory of Kyiv by a contracting organization throughout 2024.

A month earlier, on November 21, law enforcement officers searched premises of "Kyivzelenbud" regarding the current financial and economic activities of this communal association.
